Pineapple Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. cold water
    salt
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp baking powder
Preparation
    Make a sponge cake mixture by beating eggs and adding salt, sifted sugar and water.
    Then add flour and baking powder.
    Spread 1/4 c. butter on bottom of cake pan.
    Add 1 c. brown sugar, 1 can shredded pineapple.
    Pour the sponge cake mixture over this and bake in a moderate oven.
    When done turn on a platter, cover with whipped cream.
