Grandma Billie'S Marshmallows - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 tsp. plain gelatin
1 c. cold water
2 c. sugar
1/4 c. cornstarch
1/4 c. powdered sugar
pinch of salt
Preparation

Place gelatin and 1/2 cup cold water in bowl; let stand while you put sugar, salt and 1/2 cup cold water in deep stew kettle. Boil to soft ball (235\u00b0). Pour gelatin mixture into the hot syrup.
