Apple Crunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    1/4 c. margarine
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    dash of nutmeg
    6 peeled, sliced apples
    margarine
Preparation
    Place apples in square baking dish.
    Combine first 5 ingredients.
    Add egg and mix until crumbly.
    Pour over apples. Dot with margarine.
    Sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg.
    Slit with knife.
