Lemon Puff Pudding(Cake On Top; Lemon Sauce On Bottom.) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. butter, softened
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
3 eggs, separated
2 tsp. grated lemon rind
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 1/4 c. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Cream butter, 1/2 cup sugar and flour in a mixing bowl.
Add egg yolks.
Beat well.
Stir in lemon rind, lemon juice and milk. Add salt.
Beat egg whites until stiff, gradually beating in 1/2 cup sugar.
Fold into first mixture.
Pour into 1 1/2-quart baking dish; set dish in shallow pan, containing boiling water 1-inch deep.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Cool.
