Cheese-Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 lb.) bag frozen hash browns
    2 cans cream of potato soup
    1 (16 oz.) carton sour cream
    16 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine all ingredients, except 1/2 of the cheese; mix well and put in a buttered 9 x 13-inch casserole.
    Top with remaining cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Serves 8 to 10.
