Baked Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 frying chicken or choice pieces
    1 pkg. onion soup mix
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Sprinkle 2/3 of onion soup in bottom of baking dish (9 x 12-inch).
    Place chicken in baking dish and add the mushroom soup and remainder of onion soup.
    (I add a little water to mushroom soup.)
    Cover with aluminum foil and bake for about 1 1/2 hours or until tender at 400\u00b0.
