Spinach-Mushroom Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. spinach leaves, washed well
    2 Tbsp. each: red wine vinegar and water
    1 1/2 tsp. granulated sugar
    2 tsp. olive oil
    1 c. each: quartered mushrooms and julienne-cut red bell peppers (thin strips)
    1 tsp. Dijon-style mustard
    1/8 tsp. each: salt and pepper
Preparation
    In medium salad bowl, combine spinach with mushrooms and red pepper strips.
    In small bowl, combine vinegar with water, sugar and mustard.
    Add oil, salt and pepper; mix well.
    Pour dressing over salad and toss to coat.
