Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 3/4 c. cold water
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry flavored gelatin
2 pt. strawberries
1 baked 9-inch pie shell
1 c. heavy cream, whipped or Cool Whip
Preparation

Combine sugar, cornstarch and water in a saucepan.
Stir until sugar and cornstarch are dissolved and blended.
Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until clear.
Add gelatin and stir until dissolved.
Cool thoroughly at room temperature.
