Baklava - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. phyllo dough
    1 c. unsalted butter
    8 oz. nuts, chopped
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. honey
    grated peel of 1 orange or 1 lemon
    1 1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Butter 9 x 13 x 2-inch baking pan.
    Line bottom with 2 sheets of phyllo.
    Sprinkle with butter and chopped nuts.
    Put on another layer of phyllo.
    Sprinkle with melted butter and alternate layers of nuts and phyllo, sprinkling butter on each layer until about 1 1/2-inch thick.
    Finish with 3 layers of phyllo.
    With a sharp knife, cut through the first 3 layers.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes, then increase to 400\u00b0.
    Bake until golden brown.
    Let cool.
