Tomato Basil Squares - cooking recipe

1 pkg refrig. pizza crust
2 c shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
1/4 c fresh parmesan cheese, grated
2/3 c mayonnaise
1 garlic clove, pressed
4 plum tomatoes, thinly sliced
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Using lightly floured dough roller, roll out pizza crust on a rectangle baking stone or pan. Sprinkle crust with 1 cup of the mozzarella cheese; set aside. Thinly slice tomatoes; arrange in a single layer over the mozzarella cheese on the crust. Mix all the remaining ingredients together in a mixing bowl. Then spread to cover evenly over the crust. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until top is golden brown and bubbly.
