Kentucky Fried Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 broiler fryer; ready to cook
1 1/2 cups flour, sifted
1/2 tsp salt
Dash pepper
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup milk
Preparation

Cut chicken into serving portions; steam until tender.
Pat dry, refrigerate until time to fry.
If a large quantity is cooked, steam the day before.
