Corn-Zucchini Saute - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium zucchini, sliced
    pimiento, diced (small jar)
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    2 c. frozen corn, whole kernel, thawed
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
Preparation
    Saute zucchini in oil in large skillet or wok 5 minutes or until tender-crisp.
    Add corn, garlic salt and Italian seasonings and saute 3 to 5 minutes until corn is tender-crisp.
    Add pimiento.
