Christmas Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime Jell-O
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jell-O
1 c. crushed pineapple
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Prepare lime Jell-O; pour into 8-inch glass square baking dish. Chill until slightly thickened.
Fold in crushed pineapple and chill until firm.
Gradually add mayonnaise to softened cream cheese; blend well.
Add nuts.
Spread over molded Jell-O.
Chill until firm.
Prepare strawberry Jell-O; cool.
Pour over cheese mixture and chill until firm.
Cut in squares.
Serve on lettuce and top with mayonnaise.
