Praline Cheese Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. graham cracker crumbs
3 Tbsp. margarine, melted
2 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 Tbsp. sugar
1 1/4 c. dark brown sugar
3 eggs
1/2 c. pecans, chopped
pecan halves to decorate
maple syrup
Preparation

Combine crumbs, sugar and margarine.
Press into 9-inch spring-form pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
Combine softened cream cheese, sugar and flour.
Blend well.
Add eggs, one at a time.
Blend in vanilla and chopped nuts.
Pour over baked crumbs. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 55 minutes.
Loosen the rim and cool. Chill.
Pour a little maple syrup over and garnish with pecan halves.
Serves 12.
