Versatile Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 lb. chuck roast or round steak
    3 c. onions, chopped
    1 c. cooking wine
    2 beef bouillon cubes
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cut meat in 1/4-inch pieces.
    Brown in skillet and add onions, wine, salt, pepper and bouillon cubes.
    Lower heat, cover and simmer for 2 to 3 hours.
    Serve this as you would any pot roast.
