Marinated Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. carrots, sliced
1 sweet pepper, sliced
1 onion, sliced
1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. salad vinegar
1/2 c. salad oil
1 can tomato soup
Preparation
-
Cook carrots 5 minutes and drain.
Mix with remaining ingredients and refrigerate.
Keeps 8 to 10 days.
