Baked Turkey Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. diced, cooked turkey
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 can (10 1/2 oz.) cream of chicken soup
    2 c. celery, chopped
    4 hard-cooked eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. minced onion
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 pimentos, cut up (optional)
    2/3 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except cheese.
    Put into large shallow 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
    Sprinkle cheese on top.
    Chill several hours or overnight.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
