Minestrone Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. spaghetti sauce
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can red beans (undrained)
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can green lima beans (undrained)
1 (8 1/4 oz.) can sliced carrots (undrained)
1 1/2 c. water
1/4 c. salad macaroni
Preparation

In large heavy saucepan, saute ground beef and onion lightly. Sprinkle with salt; add spaghetti sauce and remaining ingredients. Simmer 15 to 20 minutes until macaroni is tender.
Stir once or twice.
Makes 2 quarts.
