Aunt Julia'S Crunchy Granola - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. rolled oats
    2 1/2 c. wheat germ
    1 c. coconut
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/3 c. salad oil
    1/2 c. honey
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. nuts or raisins (if desired)
Preparation
    Mix oats, wheat germ, coconut, cinnamon and brown sugar together.
    Add oil, honey and vanilla; mix with hands.
    Spread in 10 x 15-inch baking pan or jelly roll pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 20 minutes; stir occasionally.
    Serve with milk.
