Olive-Cheese Tea Canapes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. grated sharp cheese
    1 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. butter
Preparation
    Cream butter, flour and cheese.
    Add other ingredients and roll mixture into little balls.
    Make a hole in the center of each and insert a stuffed green olive.
    Place on a tray in the freezer until ready.
    Bake for 15 minutes in a 400\u00b0 oven.
    Serve with a good red wine and fruit cubes on picks.
    Serves 6.
