Curried Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tsp. all-purpose flour
    1 1/2 tsp. curry powder
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    4 boneless pork loin chops, each 3/4-inch thick
    1 Tbsp. salad oil
Preparation
    On waxed paper, combine flour, curry powder, salt and pepper. Use to coat both sides of pork chops.
    In 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat, in hot salad oil, cook pork chops 7 to 8 minutes until tender and golden brown on both sides, turning pork chops once.
    Makes 4 main dish servings.
