Fancy Hash Browns - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 stick butter, melted
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 C. shredded cheddar cheese
1 1/2 - 2 lbs. frozen hash browns, O'Brian style
Corn Flakes or Chex cereal
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Mix partially thawed potatoes, soup, cheese, salt and pepper. Put in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Pour the melted butter evenly over the top.
Sprinkle with the cereal.
