Provolone Sandwich - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 French sandwich loaves
    1/4 c. olive oil
    1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    2 tomatoes, thinly sliced
    1 medium cucumber, thinly sliced
    8 oz. sliced Provolone cheese
    1 medium red onion, sliced thin
    3 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1/2 tsp. chopped basil leaves
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 glove garlic, minced
Preparation
    Slice loaves in half lengthwise.
    Brush cut sides of bread with olive oil (about 4 teaspoons).
    Combine remaining oil and vinegar and set aside.
    Arrange 1/4 of tomato on each bottom half. Brush with vinegar mixture.
    Arrange 1/4 of cucumber, cheese and onion over tomato.
    Brush with remaining vinegar mix.
