Peanut Butter And Pork Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    3/4 lb. lean pork, thinly sliced
    2 carrots, thinly bias-sliced (1 c.)
    1 medium red or green pepper, cut in 1-inch pieces (1 c.)
    1 stalk celery, bias-cut (1/2 c.)
    1 medium onion, sliced and separated into rings (1/2 c.)
    1 (15 oz.) can garbanzo beans, drained
    1 recipe Peanut Butter Sauce*
Preparation
    In wok or large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon oil.
    Stir-fry pork 3 minutes or until pink is gone.
    Remove from pan.
    Add rest of oil, carrots, pepper, celery and onion; stir-fry for 3 minutes. Add beans; stir-fry for 1 minute or until veggies are tender-crisp.
