Cornbread Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 large onions, chopped
6 Tbsp. butter
2 eggs
2 Tbsp. milk
2 (17 oz.) cans creamed corn
2 (8 oz.) boxes cornbread mix
1/2 pt. sour cream (at room temperature)
2 c. grated sharp cheese
Preparation

Butter a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Saute onions and butter.
Mix eggs and milk until blended.
Add corn and corn bread mix.
Spread batter into pan.
Spread onions over batter and sour cream over onions.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake 35 minutes at 425\u00b0 until puffed and golden.
Let stand a few minutes before cutting.
