Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large peeled potatoes, diced
    1 onion, diced fine
    2 stalks celery, diced fine
    2 c. water
    2 c. skim milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 sprig fresh dill weed
    1 tsp. butter
Preparation
    Place potatoes, onion, celery, water and milk in medium saucepan. Add salt, dill weed and butter.
    Simmer 20 minutes or until potatoes are soft.
