Kniphla - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. salt
    2 eggs, beaten
    3/4 c. water
Preparation
    Using water a little at a time, mix ingredients.
    Work until stiff.
    Drop teaspoon size into boiling water, lightly salted. Cook about 5 minutes.
    Garnish with fried bread crullers.
