Chocolate Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. sugar
3/4 c. cocoa
1 1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Cook first 3 ingredients until thick.
Add the butter and vanilla.
