Rhubarb Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1 egg
2/3 c. oil
1 c. sour milk
1 tsp. baking soda
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 1/3 c. chopped rhubarb
1/2 c. nuts, chopped
Preparation

Mix first 3 ingredients.
Add milk with baking soda.
Add flour and salt.
Fold in rhubarb and nuts.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes or until done in a 9 x 5-inch pan.
