Chicken Noodle Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 hen, cooked in enough water to make lots broth
1 c. mushrooms
1 c. chopped onions
1 c. chopped bell peppers
1 c. chopped celery
1 pkg. Velveeta cheese
1 can mushroom soup
1 squirt lemon juice
1 pkg. broad noodles
Preparation

Saute mushrooms, onions, peppers and celery in one stick of butter or margarine, then add cheese, soup, two cups broth and lemon juice.
Cut up chicken and add to mixture.
Cook noodles as directed on package except use broth instead of water.
When done, mix everything together.
Place in casserole dish.
Heat and serve.
