Melt-In-Your-Mouth Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 or 3 lb. chicken (fryer)
    1 can (undiluted) cream of chicken soup
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1 c. buttermilk
    2 c. chicken broth
    1 stick butter or margarine
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. self-rising flour
Preparation
    Cook chicken until tender.
    Remove meat from bones and place meat, cut up in pieces, in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch dish.
    In a saucepan, bring to a boil the soup and chicken broth; pour over chicken.
    In another bowl, combine margarine, pepper, salt, flour and buttermilk.
    Mix to form a batter.
    Pour over top.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes until top is brown.
