Alice'S Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 1/2 lb. eye of round roast
    1 pkg. dried onion soup mix
    2 cans golden mushroom soup
    3/4 can water
    bag small carrots
    4 potatoes, sliced
Preparation
    Place roast in large roasting pan.
    Put onion soup mix on top of roast.
    Pour mushroom soup and water around roast.
    Cover with heavy foil.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 2 hours.
    Add carrots and potatoes and cook for 2 more hours.
