Fried Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
3 c. cooked rice
1/2 to 1 c. leftover pork, chicken or beef
6 green onions, chopped
1/2 tsp. fresh ginger
1 green bell pepper, diced
6 oz. peas
2 eggs
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. sugar
Preparation

Heat oil in skillet on stove over medium heat.
Add rice and cook, stirring 5 minutes.
Add meat, green onions, ginger, pepper and peas.
Push rice mix to side.
Break eggs into middle of skillet.
Cook, stirring 1 minute, and serve.
Makes 6 servings.
