Pumpkin Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 c. Wesson oil
1 can pumpkin
3 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. soda
2 tsp. salt
2/3 c. water
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. allspice
1 c. pecans
Preparation

Combine sugar and eggs, then add oil and blend well. Add pumpkin; mix well. Sift dry ingredients and add to pumpkin mixture. Add water. Beat well and pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans. Bake at 350\u00b0 until done.
