Turtle Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (18 1/2 oz.) chocolate cake mix
1 (12 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1 stick of butter
1 lb. caramels
6 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
1 c. pecans or walnuts
confectioners sugar

Preparation

Prepare cake mix according to package directions. Pour half of the batter into greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Remove and set aside to cool.
