Easy Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 c. sliced potatoes
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    1/4 c. flour
    4 c. milk
    1 tsp. parsley
    1 Tbsp. chicken bouillon granules
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 to 2 stalks celery
    1 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    pinch of sugar
Preparation
    Melt margarine in microwave bowl.
    Blend in flour with whisk until smooth.
    Gradually add milk and continue to blend well. Add other ingredients and microwave on High about 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender, stirring every 5 minutes.
