Ingredients

1 lb. melted margarine
2 c. granulated sugar
6 c. flour
1 lb. light brown sugar
8 eggs
2 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix flour and sugar in a large bowl.
Make a well in the center of this mixture.
Mix eggs separately.
Put eggs, vanilla and melted margarine in the well.
Stir well.
Scoop approximately 1 teaspoon of batter in each square of waffle iron.
Using medium setting, cook until lightly browned.
If cookies tend to dry out, place a slice of bread inside container.
