Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can mixed vegetables (Veg-All)
    1 can whole kernel corn
    1 can French-cut green beans
    1 can cream of celery soup
    8 oz. sour cream
    1 small onion, minced
    pepper and celery, chopped fine (optional)
    butter, salt and pepper
    shredded cheddar cheese
    1 stick melted margarine
    crushed Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Drain vegetables, corn and beans.
    Add soup, sour cream, onion, pepper and celery.
    Mix these ingredients in a baking dish. Dot with butter, salt and pepper.
    Sprinkle cheese on top of mixture.
    Mix margarine and crackers together and sprinkle over cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
