Low-Fat Meal In A Skillet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground turkey
    1 c. soft bread crumbs
    1 3/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 c. whole kernel corn, drained
    1 c. sliced onions
    2 c. cooked or canned tomatoes
Preparation
    Combine meat, bread crumbs, 1 teaspoon salt and pepper; brown in a heavy skillet, stirring frequently.
    Cover with corn and onions.
    Sprinkle with 3/4 teaspoon salt.
    Add tomatoes and do not stir.
    Cover and simmer for 20 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
