Baked Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2/3 c. sugar
    3 c. milk
    2/3 c. cooked rice
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. raisins, cut up (optional)
Preparation
    Add a jar of cooked prunes, with the pits removed, to a 6 ounce package of Jell-O dissolved in the proper amount of water (according to directions on Jell-O box).
    Let it set while chilling.
    Beat heavy cream (1/2 pint) and sweeten to taste.
    Beat Jell-O mixture and cream together and serve or keep chilled until serving time.
