Ingredients

1 egg white
1 Tbsp. water
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
12 oz. to 1 lb. nuts or pecans
Preparation

Mix egg white and water.
Whip until frothy.
Add cinnamon, sugar and salt.
Then add nuts or pecans.
Spread on a lightly greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 250\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Toss every 15 minutes.
