Cheesy "Veggie" Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. butter
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in saucepan and warm over low heat, stirring often.
    Serve over vegetables and baked potatoes.
    Makes 1 cup.
