Chicken And Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 hen
    1 to 2 tsp. chicken bouillon granules
    flour
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 stick butter
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Place chicken with water to cover in pot; add granules. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and cook until done.
    Let cool in broth, then
    remove skin and bones and fat.
    Pull chicken into pieces of desired size.
