Jalapeno Pepper Jelly - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large bell peppers, cored, seeded and finely chopped
    3 medium size jalapeno chilies (for mild; 6 for hot), cored, seeded and finely chopped *
    1 1/2 c. cider vinegar
    6 1/2 c. sugar
    6 oz. bottled pectin
