After Christmas Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 or 3 c. meat (ham, turkey or chicken)
    2 1/2 c. cooked macaroni
    1 can English peas
    1 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. sweet pickle relish
    4 boiled eggs
    1/4 c. chopped onions
    1 small jar pimentos
    2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Toss meat and macaroni together until blended.
    Add remaining ingredients, mixing well after each addition.
    Serve on crisp lettuce leaves.
