Many Ways Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
    1/4 c. minced onion
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 can (10 1/2 oz.) condensed Cheddar cheese or cream of celery or mushroom soup
    1/2 c. water
    2 Tbsp. parsley
Preparation
    Mix hamburger, bread crumbs, onion, egg and salt.
    Shape into 24 meatballs.
    In skillet, brown meatballs; pour off drippings. Stir in soup, water and parsley.
    Cover and cook over low heat 20 minutes.
    Stir often.
    Can serve over mashed potatoes or noodles.
