Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef or turkey
    3 slices diet bread or diet crackers
    1 c. V-8 juice or 1 small can
    1 egg, beaten
    1 c. chopped onions
    1 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
    4 to 6 cloves garlic, chopped
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Mix all of the ingredients thoroughly.
    Press in loaf or Bundt pan.
    Bake, uncovered, in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 1/2 hours.
    Remove from oven and drain off excess fat.
