Cheese Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 slices white bread in small pieces
    1 stick margarine, melted
    1 lb. Cheddar cheese
    1/2 tsp. red pepper
    3 egg yolks
    3 egg whites, stiffly beaten
    1 Tbsp. mustard
    2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Soak bread in margarine. Add grated cheese, milk, pepper, salt, mustard and egg yolks. Mix together. Fold in egg whites into mixture. Pour into buttered dish. Chill 12 to 24 hours. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until brown.
