Hush Puppies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 lb. fine corn meal
1 egg
1 Tbsp. salt
1 Tbsp. sugar
pinch of soda
1 c. buttermilk

Preparation

Mix together all ingredients, adding a small amount of water to thick consistency.
Drop in deep oil; cook in temperature of 375\u00b0.
