Ingredients

1/3 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. flour
3/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. grated orange peel
3/4 c. orange juice
2 Tbsp. margarine
1 1/2 lb. (24 oz.) pkg. frozen carrots, sliced and cooked
Preparation

Mix sugar, salt, flour and orange peel.
Add orange juice and cook until thickened.
Add margarine.
Mix with cooked carrots. Serves about 10.
